Order was shipped at good normal speed. Unfortunately, there are problems: * Two flange anti-loose nuts was substituted for cheaper normal nuts (normal nuts are UNSAFE to be used in this type of application). * Two brackets are supposed to be in BLACK powder coated paint, not in sliver (cheaper zinc-plated). * Cut Damage to a bracket (the other bracket is fine). * Surface Rust (on zinc-plated surface of a washer & a bracket). * Scratch Damage to a black painted rod (caused by other silver metal parts during shipment). Two seller’s photos on AliExpress were also uploaded here to show the the actual items received are different. AliExpress gave me two options during the dispute process (partial refund or return at buyer’s cost) - not the best to buyers but at least a closure to the matter.
